Making positive changes
Yoga is a discipline. For anyone who is serious about it, just like any other sport, exercise regime or spiritual practice, there is no getting around 'actually doing it', and doing so as regularly and frequently as is manageable in your life. I aim to do yoga 4-5 times a week; and to be able to do this unhindered by children, husband and life, I have to get up at 5am during the week.
